Halloween Fun

Most of us think of Halloween as a fun time, a chance to dress up and see our friends. It’s not any of those things for some of our kids on the spectrum. Please be aware of this if you have children who come to your house. Some of them may not talk (“trick or treat”), some may have to be prompted to say “thank you”, and some may be upset/angry (those costumes may just have too much scratchy material on their skin). With a little understanding and love, maybe all can have a happier Halloween!
